MTN South Africa signs five year managed services agreement with CSG Systems

CSG Systems, a global partner to launch and monetise digital services, announced that the company will extend its managed services agreement with MTN South Africa. The managed services agreement entails system management and support of the carrier’s retail billing operations, credit vetting and number portability. CSG and MTN have a long-standing partnership that spans over a decade. In 2014, MTN appointed CSG to provide its deep domain expertise of technology and processes, as well as knowledgeable resources for MTN’s wholesale business operations.
