Microsoft on-boards Signal Alliance as cloud solution provider

Signal Alliance has been approved by Microsoft Corporation as a Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). This will enable Signal Alliance to provide direct billing and sell combined offers and services, as well as directly provision, manage and support Microsoft cloud offerings.

Starting this month, Signal Alliance owns the complete customer life cycle, allowing it to easily sell Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics CRM Online, Enterprise Mobility Suite and Microsoft Intune, helping customers to take advantage of cloud services by owning the entire billing process and directly managing support.

Adanma Onuegbu, CEO of Signal Alliance said “We are delighted at attaining Microsoft’s CSP status having met all the enrolment requirements from Microsoft. It is a natural fit for us because of the expertise we have developed in our relationships with other leading global technology brands.

“Interest in the cloud is growing at a tremendous rate and we have invested heavily in the skills to support this. Joining the Cloud Solution Provider programme and fully supporting and integrating cloud services into our offering allows us to build stronger relationships with our customers and provide them with the best cloud solutions to enhance their business.”

Signal Alliance continues to be at the forefront of the Microsoft cloud evolution. Using best practices, Signal Alliance assists companies in discovering what they have today, model what IT could look like tomorrow, and then help them migrate to the new platform.

Signal Alliance also creates adoption plans to make sure clients realise the business benefits of the Microsoft Cloud, leverage leading-edge adoption tools, including cloud adoption bundle, to make sure their teams are utilising tools to be more collaborative and productive.
