Johannesburg-based ICT and premise and cloud solutions leader Elingo has congratulated congratulates its client and short-term insurance innovation leader MiWay Insurance Limited on winning the Genesys: PureConnect Innovation Award 2018.
The awards formed part of the G-Summit Johannesburg 2018, a flagship African digital transformation event for all Genesys customers and partners in South East Africa.
They were presented to seven winners across five key categories designed to recognise customer experience transformation, excellence, innovation and impact.

Elingo and MiWay began a successful and strong relationship after the award-winning insurer approached Elingo to implement the PureConnect CIC solution nearly 11 years ago.
In what started as a 30-seater implementation over a decade ago has grown to over 3,000 seats across the MiWay business operations.
