Cloud-based contact centre company announces partnership with OTP Mobil

The partnership will provide additional benefits to customers by combining OTP Mobil’s digital payment services technology with VCC Live’s contact centre services solutions.

VCC Live, a leading cloud-based contact centre technology and telecommunications provider, and OTP Mobil, a fully owned subsidiary of OTP Bank, the largest commercial bank in Hungary, and one of the largest independent financial service providers in the Central European region, announced the launch of a new strategic partnership.

The partnership will combine OTP Mobil’s digital payment services technology with VCC Live’s unique and proprietary contact centre services solutions, offering customers a comprehensive payment solution. The combined technology can be quickly implemented and deployed without significant IT support.

Key to the partnership is VCC Live Pay, a unique PCI DSS (bank card security) compliant, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certified voice-based payment solution that allows customers to pay for products and services during a phone conversation without installing an app or having internet access on their phone. Now integrated with OTP Mobil’s digital payment technology, this solution (and in particular, the recently-introduced VCC Live Pay recurring payment function which allows for fixed or variable amounts of automatic payment), will bring many benefits to the companies’ joint customer base.

With the new Recurring Payments function, this number is certain to rise.
