Tech Data expands partnership with Nutanix to France and Turkey

Tech Data has announced that it has extended its partnership with Nutanix, a leader in enterprise cloud computing, to France and Turkey. Tech Data will offer Nutanix Enterprise Cloud software, designed to enhance both the performance and security of customers’ IT environments running Nutanix enterprise applications.

“Our customers come to us looking for a technology partner that enables them to prepare their customers for the challenges of the multi-cloud era,” said Steve Menadue, Vice President, Strategic Vendors, Europe, at Tech Data. “By partnering with Nutanix in France and Turkey, Tech Data offers the opportunity to build relationships with an industry innovator, allowing them to help their customers implement a best-in-class cloud experience using Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software.”

The Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS empowers IT teams to build and easily operate powerful multi-cloud architectures. Built on the industry’s most popular hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) technology, the software melds private, public and distributed cloud environments and provides a single point of control to manage distributed IT infrastructure and applications at any scale.

Jan Ursi, Senior Director, EMEA, Channel and OEM, at Nutanix, commented: “Nutanix is excited to further expand its partnership with Tech Data by signing agreements in France and Turkey. With Tech Data and its partners’ support, IT teams can use the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS to make infrastructure invisible and easily operate powerful multi-cloud architectures, thus enabling them to focus on the applications and services that power their businesses.”

Tech Data already counts Nutanix among its portfolio of vendors in the UK, as well as in the U.S., where it also offers Nutanix training courses as part of its Tech Data Academy division in the Americas.
