Orange Polska and Orange Belgium have signed agreements with Salesforce, a global leader in CRM solutions, and with Vlocity, a leading company in the field of cloud solutions. Salesforce and Vlocity will help Orange achieve faster business flexibility and shorten the time of service implementation by using cloud solutions in digital channels of contact with clients.
In the surrounding digital world, it is necessary to strengthen Orange’s position in mobile and convergent markets by focusing on customer experience. Thanks to the experience of Salesforce and Vlocity companies, Orange can further strengthen the quality of customer service by introducing omnichannel solutions. In addition, Orange sales teams and partner channels will be able to sell new innovative products and services more efficiently and thus better respond to customer needs.
