Industry powerhouses back Saphila 2019

The African SAP User Group (AFSUG) has announced key sponsors for its biennial conference for SAP users, Saphila, including industry heavyweights such as Deloitte, one of Africa’s leading professional services firms, which holds ‘diamond’ sponsor status, and SAP Africa as ‘headline’ sponsor.

Saphila 2019 – which takes place at Sun City on June 10 and 11 – will focus on the ‘intelligent enterprise’, providing an insight into the shift beyond digital into an era where tech is built into every single interaction. Saphila is set to be an immersive experience for delegates, demonstrating that IT is rapidly reshaping not just daily life, but broader society too, and allowing businesses in every industry to reimagine what’s possible.

SAP Gold Partner, Britehouse, has elected to participate at Saphila by taking the ‘platinum’ sponsorship, reinforcing its long-term successful relationship with SAP. The company will focus on ‘your journey to the cloud’ at this year’s event, discussing its product focus, including intelligent solutions, the S/4HANA move and related strategy and roadmap design, the digital supply chain, customer experience (CX), data management and cybersecurity.

Britehouse will also look at SAP on Azure, and enabling SAP-run businesses to undergo rapid Digital Transformation in a flexible, scalable and secure environment.

Saphila catering stand sponsor, BCX, will delve into how to engage customers across digital channels more efficiently and effectively, using a single integrated solution, while ‘gold’ sponsor, EOH, wants to connect with both existing and potential customers to find out more about their biggest challenges, with a view to solving these together. In addition, EOH will be talking about its own evolution, moving into the new digital era, as well as its alignment to SAP’s strategic direction, showcasing its capabilities in SAP CX, SuccessFactors and ERP in the cloud.

SAP, Deloitte, Britehouse, BCX and EOH will be joined by a number of additional industry players, including Accenture (Executive Suite sponsor), T-Systems (gold sponsor), and around 30 demo pod sponsors.
