Lenovo ISG signs BlueTech as distributor for North, West and Central Africa

BlueTech Holding Ltd, part of Midis Group, has expanded its relationship with Lenovo and signed as a distributor for the vendor’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) for 21 countries in North, West and Central Africa.

In terms of the agreement, BlueTech will develop and enable a partner ecosystem for Lenovo that can design, promote and deploy the company’s enterprise data centre, networking, hyperconverged, Edge, cloud, storage and AI solutions.

The distribution partnership will expand the reach of Lenovo ISG and BlueTech into Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia.

BlueTech will have an active engagement with Lenovo ISG to ensure alignment on the go-tomarket strategy including partner mapping, recruitment and enablement activities conducted via webinars, workshops and partners summit. With a view to educating the market about the latest data centre trends and new solution offerings, the two companies will jointly host CIO roundtables and end-user events focusing on key verticals like banking and finance, oil and gas, education, government and telecommunications.
