Infovista appoints Mike Kon towtt to grow its Ipanema SD-WAN partner community

Infovista, a network lifecycle automation solutions vendor, has announced that Mike Kon towtt has been appointed as Vice President overseeing its growing Ipanema SD-WAN channel business.

Kon towtt’s primary role will be to continue to build out Ipanema’s partner eco-system to support its aggressive growth objectives along with developing specific go-to-market strategies for core markets and tailoring its partner program to support and accelerate growth.

Kon towtt is a successful EMEA channel leader with over 30 years’ experience in driving growth – both in and with the channel as well as for leading vendors. He joins Infovista following a leadership role building the EMEA channel ecosystem for Silver Peak, where he recruited an experienced channel team from scratch. Prior to Silver Peak, Kon towtt held various leadership roles for major vendors, including Symantec as well as building the UK based value-added distributor OpenPSL.

“Infovista is driving innovation in the SD-WAN space especially through the Ipanema platform’s recent introduction of a highly flexible, consumption-based licensing model,” said Kon towtt. “This is just one example of how the Ipanema SDWAN solution can enable channel partners to add value to their existing customers and prospects while also giving them a key differentiator against their competitors – and I’m looking forward to working with our current and new partners to expand the market potential.”

Kristian Thyregod, President, Global Enterprise, Infovista, added: “Mike is a very capable channel leader with a considerable experience in operating across the entire channel ecosystem. He knows how to develop and execute a channel growth strategy and, in the process, establish profitable relationships in the channel community. Mike joins us as we are, yet again, strengthening our solutions portfolio such that we can help customers and partners cope with the lessons learned from the work-from-home imperative – first and foremost accelerating multi-cloud adoption and SaaS leverage. We are in a strong position to accelerate our channel-centric go-to-market strategy and attracting Mike to help us lead this charter is really good news for the partner community and for us.”
