Alibaba Cloud<\/a>, the data intelligence\nbackbone of Alibaba Group, and Fortinet<\/a>,a global leader in broad, integrated\nand automated cybersecurity solutions, have announced the expansion of the\nFortinet\nSecurity Fabric<\/a> offerings and new automation capabilities for Alibaba\nCloud to provide streamlined and consistent security for organisations with hybrid\ncloud infrastructures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination of Alibaba Cloud and the Fortinet Security Fabric<\/a> provide organisations with the ability to extend security visibility and control from the data centre to the cloud and the ability to ensure that organisations employ consistent security policies no matter where their applications are deployed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By implementing the Fortinet Security Fabric<\/a> on Alibaba\nCloud, customers can apply consistent security policies throughout their hybrid\ninfrastructures and can realise multi-layer security protection and operational\nbenefits for running applications on Alibaba Cloud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sodexo and Fung Group are among\nthe global customers leveraging Fortinet\u2019s cloud native integration with Alibaba Cloud to\nsecure its hybrid cloud environment. Sodexo is using Fortinet\u2019s FortiGate-VM<\/a>\nto deploy secure VPC on Alibaba Cloud, effectively aggregating and securing its\nglobally distributed infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fung\nGroup is also taking advantage of the integration with the deployment of the FortiGate-VM<\/a>\non Alibaba Cloud, which enables consistent visibility and security management across\nits cloud environments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
