All the basics that our\ncustomers love are still available, but they are now even easier to\nuse.&nbsp;And there is a host of additional features that are accessible\nthrough an upgraded web interface which is faster and better than ever before.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Version 3 functionality offers multiple features such as per-extension\nbased budgeting, mobile device applications (for both Android and IOS) that\nensure full landline mobility and remote office deployment. Customers can also\naccess browser phone applications, POPIA compliant call recording, global\ncontact manager and extremely rich reporting tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, overseeing team members is simplified with the new &#8216;User\nManager&#8217; feature that provides business owners with the freedom to give team\nleaders and managers access to specific sections of the TMS. By setting\npermissions for certain users,&nbsp;managers can easily control access to\nsensitive team data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur TMS user interface allows full PBX control of every aspect,\nenabling management to restrict and secure their business phone system data and\nuser functionality as required,\u201d said Woollam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReporting is a dream with Euphoria\u2019s proactive scheduled reporting\nfeature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOne can now schedule reports to be delivered directly into your inbox\nhourly, daily, weekly or monthly.
