The\nprogramme focuses on partnering with enterprises, educational institutions and\nindividual developers to use Huawei infrastructure to develop apps and other\ntechnological tools. Shining-Star will empower local developers, as it gives\nthem free access to resources that are essential for innovation and building\napps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\nAll developers are eligible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There\nare no restrictions on who or which type of app developer may join the\nprogramme. Established programmers, as well as up and coming programmers, who\nare still learning and passionate about app development, are welcome to\nparticipate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.\nApp developers have access to HMS Core and HMS capabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n HMS\nCore is a collection of core kit services for development, growth and business,\nsuch as Account Kit, Scan Kit, Wallet Kit\nand Map Kit.
