It\u2019s also rife with big challenges &#8211; from harnessing\nemerging technologies to shoring up enterprise security-they have a lot to\nhandle in order to get there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What follows is my understanding of their\nbiggest questions for this fiscal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>How can we empower everyone to be tech masters (wizards, even)? <\/strong>How can we give everyone the ability to create new value (now available)\nfrom new technology by removing constraints and embracing new ways of thinking?<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>What pragmatic digital strategies can we deploy to drive value\nfor customers and stakeholders?<\/strong> How can we stay relevant\nin a world where markets are literally changing around us?<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Are we enabling practical and powerful automation everywhere to\ntransform customer experiences?<\/strong> What can we do to unlock\nthe potential of data and use it as a strategic asset or weapon?<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Can we harness the value of fast-moving technology, while\nanticipating its negative ripple effects?<\/strong> Do we\nhave the frameworks in place to address ethical challenges through a foundation\nof trust, transparency and accountability?<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>What will it take to manage cybersecurity as enterprise\ntechnology becomes more connected and distributed? <\/strong>How can we push security further in combatting threats while\nembracing the world of 5G, IoT, Cloud and AI? <strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>How can we create technology platforms that are open to other\nparts of our business to innovate on and benefit from?<\/strong> Are we keeping a keen eye over our shoulder at rising\nplatforms, new digital intermediaries and asymmetric competitors looking to\nreplace our business in a digital world?<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>How can we unite the\nemergent transformers &#8211; such as AI, IoT, 5G, and automation-to move ahead?<\/strong> How can we focus on emergent technology while creating real\nvalue, earning wins and building on our capabilities?<\/li><li><strong>Are we able to integrate the business while staying flexible? <\/strong>What can we do to achieve this without stifling innovation, new\nideas or the ability to embrace new technology?<strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the\ncore, these questions are about using technology to define new ways to deliver\nvalue for customers, outpace the competition, power up with data and innovate\nwith impact across the business.
