Following the success of the programme in Australia, the UK, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria and the Philippines, DXC and ITIDA aim to build neurodiverse awareness, acceptance and career pathways in IT for neurodiverse individuals in Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement of the partnership was witnessed by H.E. Dr Amr Talaat, Egypt\u2019s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and H.E. Dr Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to witness this partnership, which reflects our commitment to ensuring that all citizens can contribute meaningfully to Egypt\u2019s Digital Transformation. The success of our ICT sector depends on leveraging technology to deliver tangible societal benefits. By providing neurodivergent people with the right training and opportunities, we are building an inclusive, future-ready workforce that reinforces our national vision of empowerment and enables every individual to participate effectively in shaping Egypt\u2019s digital future,\u201d said Dr Amr Talaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DXC and ITIDA will collaborate to identify, train and develop participants, as well as provide work experience for up to 60 neurodiverse individuals aged between 18 and 30 years.
