The AI-driven \u2018pseudo-metering\u2019 will help under-resourced municipalities monitor previously \u2018data-blind\u2019 areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company is developing a national-level AI framework using forecasting, anomaly detection and digital twin modelling, supported by a hybrid neural network architecture and self-healing data middleware. \u201cThis research is about enabling resilience,\u201d said Hugo Pienaar, Director of Digital Services.
