HR Path plans APAC expansion backed by a record €500 million in financing from Ardian

A record €500 million fundraising will assist HR Path to enter a new phase of APAC growth.

A global leader in HR consulting, specializing in empowering companies in their digital transformation, HR Path has five APAC offices Australia, India, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam serving over 70 companies including DFS, NTUC First Campus, Sacombank, Panasonic Sales Vietnam, Chandra Asri, Petrosea and XL Axiata.

In APAC alone, HR Path has a turnover of more than €5 million Euro – with a CAGR of 10% since 2021.

To accelerate global growth, HR Path has just closed a €500 million funding round from private investment house Ardian – a portion of which will be dedicated to the group’s APAC expansion.

“Securing this financing from Ardian is a transformative step for HR Path. This operation will enable us to strengthen our local position and develop new service offerings to meet the needs of our clients.” said Teck Seng Lee, Managing Director Asia Pacific, HR Path.

HR Path intends to use the new funding to continue and accelerate the external growth strategy initiated in APAC since 2021, which has seen the integration of Daya Dimensi Global Pte Ltd (DDG), a regional company specialized in SuccessFactors since 2012.

The group is currently exploring several avenues for partnerships and collaborations to expand growth in both geographical presences and service and solutions offerings.
