Global colocation provider, Telehouse, has announced plans to open Bangkok\u2019s first purpose-built data center focused on connectivity as it continues to expand its presence in the Southeast Asian market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Telehouse, together with parent company KDDI which is located in Japan, expect to open the 9,000 sqm technologically advanced facility with power capacity of 9.5MVA, known as Telehouse Bangkok, during the second quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kenichi Miyashita, Managing Director, Telehouse Thailand, said: \u201cTelehouse Bangkok will be the first data center of its kind in Bangkok and will come at a time when we expect the data center market in the country to see robust growth owing to the boom in the digital economy, supported by the Thai government\u2019s exciting Industry 4.0 transformation plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
