CIM, a world leading property operations SaaS platform that enables teams to work more collaboratively and accelerates the journey to net zero emissions, has announced they have added 10 Westfield Living Centers to their existing partnership with Scentre Group, owner and operator of 42 Westfield Living Centers across Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The partnership now spans 31 key retail sites across Australia and means that CIM\u2019s PEAK Platform is now supporting reductions in environmental impact and improvements in operational efficiency in some of the largest and most prominent retail centers in Australia. Among the 31 key retail sites are Westfield Chermside (176,835sqm), Westfield Fountain Gate (178,394sqm), Westfield Bondi Junction (131,169sqm) and Westfield Mount Gravatt (142,916sqm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Varun Nair, General Manager – Operations & Environment at Scentre Group said the partnership is further demonstration of Scentre Group\u2019s strong track record on sustainability. \u201cSince Scentre Group was established in 2014, we\u2019ve already reduced our emissions by 30%. We have an interim emission reduction target of 50% by 2025 which we are on track to deliver. Our Next Gen Living Centers harness smart technologies, Big Data and learning algorithms to ensure our centers are safer, more comfortable, and operationally efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
