Fujitsu has introduced FUJITSU Sustainability Solution Eco Track, a non-financial information collection and disclosure support service, for Mizuho Financial Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The solution will strengthen human capital disclosure within Mizuho\u2019s sustainability management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eco Track is a SaaS based platform that supports the collection, aggregation and disclosure of non-financial data required for corporate sustainability management. This includes human capital information alongside other ESG related indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service will be offered as part of Fujitsu\u2019s Sustainability Compliance portfolio under Uvance, supporting sustainable management by addressing ESG challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The platform enables the collection of approximately 170 human capital data items, including the ratio of female managers and the number of managers hired outside Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mizuho previously adopted Eco Track to measure, aggregate and visualize greenhouse gas emissions across domestic and overseas sites. Following the confirmed effectiveness of that deployment, the group expanded usage to cover human capital data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Japan, disclosure of human capital information in annual securities reports became mandatory for roughly 4,000 companies in March 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Until now, Mizuho\u2019s group companies gathered and consolidated data manually using different processes. This created inconsistencies in data quality and increased operational workloads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By implementing Eco Track, Fujitsu will support Mizuho\u2019s human resources teams in standardizing definitions and streamlining data collection across global operations. This includes five core group companies, overseas offices and consolidated subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
