SolidBlue and Xenith IG have formed a strategic partnership to expand digital connectivity at BeFa\u2019s industrial estate in West Java, providing scalable fibre infrastructure designed to support AI, cloud computing, data centres and smart manufacturing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate (BeFa) is strengthening the digital infrastructure at its industrial estate in Bekasi, West Java, as growing demand for AI, cloud computing and data-intensive applications changes the connectivity requirements of industrial operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SolidBlue, through PT Kawasan Lintas Biru Digital (KLBD), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT XenithIG Indonesia Network (Xenith IG) to enhance network capabilities across the estate and provide access to wider digital infrastructure along the Jakarta\u2013Cikampek corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The companies said the collaboration would help prepare BeFa for technology-driven industries requiring higher levels of network reliability, security, resilience and scalability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative forms part of the development of BeFa Digital Town, a dedicated area intended to support AI infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing, digital manufacturing and other emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industrial estates are increasingly being required to provide more than traditional infrastructure such as land, electricity, water and transport links. AI workloads, automation, the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart manufacturing are placing greater demands on connectivity, making digital networks a critical consideration for companies selecting locations for new facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SolidBlue is developing the connectivity foundation within the BeFa estate, while the agreement with Xenith IG is intended to connect that infrastructure with a wider network serving major industrial and data centre corridors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partners aim to create infrastructure capable of expanding alongside tenants’ requirements for AI, cloud services, data centres, IoT and other industrial applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leo Yulianto Sutedja, President Director, BeFa, said infrastructure certainty was becoming increasingly important to investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor investors, what matters most is the certainty that their infrastructure requirements can be met to the required quality standards and within the expected timeframe,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThrough this collaboration, BeFa ensures the integrated readiness of power, connectivity, water and other supporting infrastructure. For us, being AI-ready means providing tenants with that certainty from day one of their investment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement also extends SolidBlue’s connectivity beyond the boundaries of the industrial estate by linking tenants with Xenith IG’s wider fibre infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xenith IG will work with SolidBlue on the design and deployment of fibre-optic infrastructure within the BeFa estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noah Drake, CEO, Xenith IG, said: \u201cXenith IG is excited to collaborate with SolidBlue on the design and deployment of the fibre-optic network within the BeFa industrial estate, supporting the resilience and scalability requirements of AI workloads and hyperscalers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe partnership will also provide tenants with on-net access to Xenith IG’s more than 650 kilometres of metro dark fibre network, featuring diverse routes and low-latency connectivity to key digital infrastructure hubs along the Jakarta\u2013Cikampek corridor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration reflects the growing convergence between industrial development and digital infrastructure as operators seek to attract data centres, hyperscalers, AI companies and advanced manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
