Commonwealth Bank (CBA), based in Sydney, has outlined its strategy and investments to reimagine products and services and build the best digital banking experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matt Comyn, the bank\u2019s CEO, said the shift to digital banking is accelerating and the CBA was investing to remain at the forefront of innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe aim to be the most trusted partner at the centre of our customers\u2019 financial lives by saving them money, giving them more control over their finances, and by making banking simpler and easier,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are integrating new services into our platform to customise and personalise the digital experience in ways that will increase engagement and bring greater value to our customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s about moving beyond customer service and delivering more rewarding experiences and better outcomes that will build a deeper, more trusted relationship with our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CBA announced strategic partnerships with disruptive businesses to further differentiate its banking proposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
