New innovations to be discovered at SITS18

With the final preparations now well underway, SITS – The Service Desk & IT Support Show is back at Olympia London – showcasing what’s new and next in the world of IT service management.

Kicking off at 9.30am on Tuesday 5 June, the show is set to welcome thousands of IT and ITSM professionals from around the UK looking to transform, improve and evolve their service desk capabilities. Visitors will benefit from a world-class free tailored education programme in four dedicated theatres, two panel debates, 24 facilitated roundtable discussions, two essential breakfast briefings and over 200 products and services from 75 leading industry suppliers.

Netflix, Airbnb, Cynefin Centre, AXELOS Best Practice, SDI and Dr Sue Black OBE are set to deliver exclusive case studies and topical debates in the Keynote Theatre. Whilst the comprehensive seminar programme will include sessions from NHS Digital, Forrester, Liverpool City Council, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, TOPdesk, Bomgar, Syniad IT, Axios Systems, CompTIA and more.

As in previous years, the Keynote will also host two lively panel discussions that will explore the questions, ‘are we still ignoring the power of people in IT?’ (facilitated by James West, Editor of SITS Insight) and ‘which framework is right for your business and why’ (facilitated by Duncan Watkins, Senior Consultant at Forrester).

New tools and innovations

The central exhibition will feature specialist vendors, integrators, consultancies and service providers offering the best IT solutions on the market – ranging from automation tools, IT security and cloud technology, to customer experience services and network management tools. New exhibitors for 2018 include: Peoplecert, Micro Focus, Perspectium, LeanTech, MarXtar, LapSafe self-service, Real VNC, Tools4ever, and Samanage. They’ll be joining returning big names like Ivanti, Alemba, Hornbill, Marval, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, TOPdesk, and Syniad IT.
