The data centre skills shortage is an ongoing challenge which poses a significant threat to the longevity of this crucial industry and the wider digital economy. The lack of skills in this field is caused by numerous factors such as the increased number of facilities popping up all over the world as digitalisation enhances developmental pressures, combined with the driving force of AI which is only set to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the past six years, I\u2019ve become increasingly aware of how critical these facilities are to everyday life which has fuelled my passion in wanting to provide a platform for leading experts to discuss how they\u2019re working to close the talent gap. I\u2019m keen to understand how we can try to resolve the issue and help to bridge the gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m also interested in hearing how invested data centre experts are in their efforts to attract more women and young people into an industry which offers so much \u2013 an abundance of roles to suit everyone that\u2019s interested in being a part of determining our digital future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
