TeamSystem, the Italian tech and AI company specialising in digital business management platforms, has strengthened its presence in T\u00fcrkiye through two new deals completed via its subsidiary Mikrogrup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Group has acquired 100% of Bizim Hesap, a leading cloud-based accounting and business management platform for SMEs and a minority stake in Fintech company Nef Solution, which focuses on financial risk management and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded in 2013 in Istanbul, Bizim Hesap serves over 40,000 SMEs with services including e-invoicing, warehouse management and virtual POS. Founders Mehmet \u00c7elik and Bar\u0131\u015f \u0130nalpolat will remain with the company to ensure continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nef Solution, founded in 2021, provides AI-driven risk and compliance tools for financial institutions and SMEs. The company already collaborates with modefinance – another TeamSystem firm specialising in credit ratings and business intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following its 2023 acquisition of Mikrogrup, TeamSystem continues to expand its international footprint, positioning T\u00fcrkiye as a strategic hub linking Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
