Osmo enables the entire product lifecycle from formula creation through manufacturing and packaging, allowing clients to scale efficiently from initial concept to market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmo is deploying its AI-powered olfaction technology to serve both global consumer product companies and emerging brand clients across commercial sectors. Applications include enabling enterprises to reduce fragrance costs and accelerate time-to-market, while empowering emerging brands to create custom fragrance development at accessible price points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Osmo is unlocking an entirely new sensory dimension for AI,&#8221; said Colin Beirne, Partner at Two Sigma Ventures and new Osmo board observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Osmo proves this technology works commercially, democratizing access to custom fragrance development that was previously available only to brands spending millions. But fragrance is just the beginning. We\u2019re backing the infrastructure layer for digital olfaction, with applications spanning healthcare diagnostics to environmental monitoring.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In conjunction with the funding announcement, Osmo expanded its new executive leadership team, strategically assembled to scale the company\u2019s commercial operations and market expansion. The new C-suite includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Mike Rytokoski, Chief Commercial Officer: Brings 30 years of CPG experience from leadership roles at Unilever, Clorox and Goodyear. He most recently served as President for ingredients and fragrances at Amyris. At Clorox, Mike led operations as President for Latin America and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Mateusz Brzuchacz, Chief Operating Officer: Contributes over 15 years of Flavors and Fragrance expertise from Phoenix Flavors &amp; Fragrances, Givaudan and IFF. Previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Flavors &amp; Fragrances and Chief Information Officer at Tilley Distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Nate Pearson, Chief Financial Officer: Delivers extensive financial leadership experience scaling high-growth brands including Tesla, Lagunitas and LifeAID. Most recently served as VP of Finance for Mercedes-Benz\u2019s North American EV charging platform, overseeing a US$1B+ asset base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Osmo welcomed Boet Brinkgreve as an independent board member.
