Swiss IT infrastructure provider Penta is pleased to announce it has achieved a \u2018no deviations noted\u2019 rating following its latest independent audits by Ernst & Young (EY).<\/p>\n
A \u2018no deviations noted\u2019 rating is the best possible for the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) 08\/07 audit and the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 audit, ensuring Penta\u2019s services adhere to some of the most stringent compliance regulations in the world.<\/p>\n
The audits are also recognised by other major regulators like the US Security and Exchanges Commission (SEC), the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRU) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
