Originally, Cov\u00e9a Insurance\u2019s requirements for its network solution included streamlined access to Wi-Fi, user visibility, remote access to fix issues and a future-proofed service. Axians\u2019 hands-on approach, together with its partner Actemium, prioritised preservation of the listed building.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The works happened overnight, allowing for employees to remain working in the building throughout the day, minimising disruption. The Axians solution transformed Cov\u00e9a Insurance\u2019s infrastructure into a \u2018silent network\u2019 by using AI to provide a new level of agility, scalability and network insights to its technical team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussing the project and on-going relationship with Axians UK, Richard Royce, Lead Service Manager and Project Sponsor at Cov\u00e9a Insurance, said: \u201cWe really valued the partnership. Axians took the time to understand our business and particular on-site requirements. The team deployed a new solution fast, with minimal disruption to the business and has transformed the office experience. The feedback from the users is amazing.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ensuring an insurer\u2019s future<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of this project have shown significant improvements for Cov\u00e9a Insurance. User\u2019s experience, seamless connectivity and technical debt was reduced and the analysing operations have been simplified. Deploying a Wi-Fi 6 enabled network allows Cov\u00e9a Insurance to make wireless the primary access method for users, with cloud-based control allowing for increased visibility and control over network users. This visibility also resulted in reduced resource demands on IT ServiceDesk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stuart Long, Client Director at Axians UK, said: \u201cWe quickly established a strong rapport and immediately crafted a solid plan to achieve remarkable results.
