The pandemic made a hero out of e-commerce, driven by the lockdown that caused consumers to purchase online. And although physical stores have already opened to the public, electronic commerce continues among users’ preferences due to the speed and convenience of using digital platforms.
We must add how relevant are innovative technologies to focus on the customer and generate disruptive ideas, methodologies, and best practices that create greater competitiveness because digital consumers are now more flexible and agile.
