Coderland reinforces its operations with 300 professionals

Coderland, a subsidiary of Spain’s listed company DOMINION, has begun strengthening its operations in Latin America with the expectation of having a team of 500 people by 2023.

The company currently has more than 175 people working offshore in Latin America providing services to companies such as Auro in Spain, Telefónica in Mexico, Claro in Central America and US giants such as Valuelabs or Xpanxion. It has teams in Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Chile, Argentina and the Dominican Republic.

Coderland is focused on creating and implementing complex Digital Transformation developments for large companies and has Spanish-speaking professionals who are experts in developing ad hoc digital tools, process automation and improvement through data analysis.

Jorge Rubia Antúnez, CEO and partner of Coderland, said: “Latin America is an inexhaustible source of digital talent and we can attend large projects in the US and Europe from here. Our backbone is catering for digital professionals and we offer high remuneration and quality of life wherever they live.”

All employees work remotely, according to a digital management model that aims to attract the best professionals from different places.

Coderland is majority-owned by the Spanish listed company DOMINION with a presence in more than 35 countries, 1,000 clients and 10,000 employees worldwide.
