TOPMIND, one of Brazil’s leading IT service companies, has announced the results of a technology infrastructure transformation and support services for the new Via sales platform stores throughout Brazil.
Divided between installation and daily support phases, the project includes the planning and execution of the entire technology infrastructure assembly process necessary for operation in each new retail group unit.

According to Cortex consultancy studies, the retail sector is the one that invests the most in technology in Brazil. The study analyzed more than 1.1 million companies and found that approximately 25% of companies have already implemented a high level of technology.
Traditionally, IT was seen only as a back-office function, with no significant influence on the customer relationship. On the other hand, in light of the increasing demands of modern consumers, it is crucial that the support and sustainment work of IT be prepared to meet the increased complexity of their installations.
