The implementation enables Beyond ONE to understand and optimise data flows to deliver fast network access for Virgin Mobile’s LATAM customers.

Beyond ONE, the global digital services aggregator and owner of Virgin Mobile operations across Latin America, has deployed Enea’s cutting-edge Integra traffic management platform to drive data service innovation across Mexico, Colombia and Chile.

The implementation enables Beyond ONE to create new and innovative data services for users, improve the user experience in consuming data and understand and optimise data flows to deliver fast network access for Virgin Mobile’s LATAM customers.

The advanced classification engine enables Virgin Mobile to develop personalised data plans that adjust automatically based on individual needs. This insight is a foundational input into our platform, allowing us to fuel our personalisation engine and deliver tailored offers that reflect actual user behavior.

How did Beyond ONE work with Enea to implement the Enea solution?

The implementation was driven by our goal of delivering a unified, flexible platform that supports hyper-personalisation at scale. We worked closely across teams to ensure that traffic intelligence from Enea’s solution could be fully aligned with our analytics and customer experience layers.

This involved integrating the solution within our data architecture in a way that allows traffic classification to seamlessly support our offer engine, segmentation models and real-time responsiveness. How did Enea demonstrate its ability to meet the requirements of Beyond ONE for a LATAM solution?

Beyond ONE’s fundamental requirement was to be able to deliver a more personalised, unique mobile data experience for their customers, which was an ideal match for our flexible, configurable software services. Instead of providing generic data plans and packages for their users, Beyond ONE wanted to differentiate in the market and provide customers with a unique offering. Using examples from different regions, demonstrating our effectiveness in data traffic management we were able to show how the new data packages could be created and how the user experience and success of the data plans could be monitored on an on-going basis.

Speed of delivery was also a key item, to get in and match both their business and technical needs to rapidly deploy our software in their environment. Delivering on the initial requirements, building a mutual support relationship and extending the service with new modifications as Beyond ONE’s business expands in LATAM to deliver a better quality of service for their customers.
