The agreement guarantees the continuity of the service that Telef\u00f3nica Tech provides to multinational customers and reinforces Telef\u00f3nica\u2019s strategic focus on its main markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the agreement, both companies will maintain a strategic alliance that will allow Telef\u00f3nica Tech to continue serving multinational customers in the region, while reinforcing its strategic and operational focus. The acquisition is a key move for hiberus\u2019 growth in Latin America and accelerates its value proposition in cybersecurity and cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The operation will be carried out guaranteeing the continuity of labour and contractual relations, in accordance with current regulations and without impact on the services that Telef\u00f3nica Tech provides to its multinational customers. This approach is designed to ensure stability for employees and customers throughout the transition period, while maintaining operational consistency across markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this context, the Digital Operations Center (DOC) in Colombia will continue to be part of Telef\u00f3nica Tech, operating normally, providing service to customers within its footprint and ensuring the same levels of quality, availability and operational excellence. The DOC plays a central role in supporting regional customers and maintaining service standards aligned with Telef\u00f3nica Tech\u2019s global operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this measure, Telef\u00f3nica Tech advances in its growth and organisational simplification strategy, reinforcing its focus on digital and technological solutions with greater added value for companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
