Government agencies, banks, healthcare providers, energy companies and retailers need high-performance infrastructure while facing tighter requirements around where sensitive information is stored, processed and managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oracle Alloy allows partners to operate cloud services under their own brands, extending Oracle\u2019s hyperscale infrastructure into locally controlled environments. Claro will combine that technology with its infrastructure and market presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julio Porras Zadik, CEO of Claro Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, said the platform would give Argentina access to the technology catalogue of a locally operated hyperscale provider for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDigital transformation and the adoption of artificial intelligence require an infrastructure prepared not only for today\u2019s challenges but also those of the future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oracle said the deployment reflected its distributed cloud strategy, which pushes hyperscale services closer to customers while allowing local providers to control operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Argentina, this goes beyond another cloud launch.
