ICTS Protiviti, a consulting firm specializing in governance, risk and compliance, is expanding its ecosystem of anti-fraud solutions for e-commerce by joining forces with Riskified, a fraud management platform used by global retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The use of technology makes it possible to increase sales approval rates, besides guaranteeing the refund of chargebacks generated by the solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The platform is provided in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and operates in a fully automated way, that has no need for manual revisions. It works with various data sources, such as behavioral biometrics, device analytics and social media data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it is fully automated, the technology reduces order approval time and end-customer purchasing conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
