Kuwait International Bank launches video call banking service

Customers of Kuwait International Bank can now communicate with staff via a video call following the launch of a new service.

Both customers and non-customers can make a video call to the bank’s representatives and talk to them face-to-face.

The new service means customers will be able to activate and deactivate credit cards, debit cards and SMS notification services.

Additionally, they can receive information about their IBAN, update email details, request bank statements via fax, bank cards and Murabaha. The service can also be used to redeem KIB cash bank reward points too.

The video call service also helps customers adjust notifications for credit cards and debit cards for travelling, configure language preference with telecommunication companies such as Zain, Viva and Ooredoo and set or reset their debit card and credit card PIN.

The service will be available on weekdays from 9am to 4pm with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays.
