Ooredoo Kuwait receives Ireland’s trade minister

Ooredoo Kuwait has received Ireland’s Minster for Trade at its company headquarters in Kuwait City.

Minister Patrick Breen was received by Fadi Kawar, Chief Operating officer at Ooredoo Kuwait, and Abdulaziz Al-Babtain, Chief Business Officer at Ooredoo Kuwait, in addition to Ooredoo Kuwait’s top management.

The minister was informed of the latest innovations that the company has to offer in terms of smart solutions, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Chief Operating Officer, Fadi Kawar, welcomed the Irish Minister of State for Trade and said: “We are glad that the Irish Minister of State for Trade Patrick Breen’s visit to Ooredoo Kuwait, in which a number of topics related to the telecommunications industry were discussed in addition to strengthening the trade relations between Kuwait and Ireland and showcasing Ooredoo Kuwait’s position as a market leader in Digital Transformation, was a successful endeavour.”

Ooredoo Kuwait’s top management discussed an array of topics with Minister Breen and his delegation about Ooredoo’s existing products and services and the latest innovations when it comes to cybersecurity.

They were also presented with the company’s vision to provide the best and most innovative services and smart solutions for businesses and government entities in addition to the expansion of Ooredoo Group in different parts of the world and the vast number of products and services that it offers.

Minister Breen and his delegation also toured a number of departments in the company, in addition to the data centre which is considered to be the most modern and innovative in Kuwait.
