Infoblox upgrades NIOS with security, orchestration and reliability features

Infoblox Inc, a global provider of secure cloud-managed network services, has announced updates to its award-winning Network Identity Operating System (NIOS).

The latest release provides customers DoT/DoH support for advanced security, additional cloud integrations and DevOps automation, DDI enhancements and extended service provider capabilities. In addition, the update enables organisations to extend visibility, reliability and security across on-premises and cloud networks, which accelerates their workplace transformation.

For a year now, organisations have expanded their networks into hybrid and multi-cloud environments to enable business operations during the COVID-19 disruptions. NIOS 8.4.8, 8.5.2, and 8.6 gives network administrators the tools they need to manage the complexities of the cloud-first network.

“The network continues to shift to cloud-first to accommodate business continuity during the COVID-19 adjustments,” said Dave Signori, Vice President of Product Management, at Infoblox. “We’re using our market leading DDI expertise to help customers securely extend their on-premises networks into cloud environments. In developing these NIOS features, we prioritised customer feedback to deliver what customers need for their workplace transformation journeys.”
