Global provider of network lifecycle automationsolution Infovista, has announced it has completed the acquisition of Empirix, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company. The terms of the merger have not been disclosed.
The combined company becomes the only independent software vendor (ISV) providing both communications service providers (CSPs) and enterprises with a carrier-grade, cloud-native network lifecycle automation platform designed for the 5G era.
Empirix is a network and service testing, performance monitoring, assurance and analytics company. It serves tier one CSPs and large contact centres of Fortune Global 500 companies.
With this acquisition, Infovista extends its ability to serve CSPs globally and expands the capabilities of its cloud-native, open platform which manages the entire network lifecycle.

By joining forces with Empirix, Infovista integrates KLERITY into its product portfolio. Empirix has invested heavily since 2017 to develop KLERITY and designed it from the ground up to be the first best-in-class cloud-native monitoring, assurance and analytics solution for 5G and IoT. KLERITY enriches Infovista’s capabilities throughout the entire network lifecycle by adding end-to-end and highly granular visibility, analytics and troubleshooting capabilities across subscribers, devices, applications, services and networks.

The acquisition brings together a team of over 1,000 professionals serving over 1,700 customers across more than 150 countries, including 23 of the top 30 CSPs globally.
