Oman Data Park launches Firstpass-Unified Patient Experience and Engagement Platform

Oman Data Park Company, the Sultanate’s first IT-managed and cloud services provider, has launched Firstpass-Unified Patient Experience and Engagement Platform, in partnership with Vectramind Corporation, which is designed to focus on patient interaction and experience at every touch point of their journey that starts long before they need care, and continues long after their clinical interactions are over.

Firstpass-Unified Patient Experience and Engagement Platform includes different dimensions which focuses on providing patient convenience, speed in providing care, attention to patient preferences, easy access to medical information, self-service, system capable to capture real-time feedback and integrated with EMR systems as required.

Firstpass-Unified Patient Experience and Engagement Platform offers a variety of features, which focuses in improving patient experience at every touch point across the care continuum, to improve the overall patient satisfaction, which leads to better medical outcomes, patient retention, improve patient referrals, optimise the use of facilities, and return on investment.
