Nokia is now extending these benefits to the implementation and management of a multi-vendor cloud. At its new\u00a0Cloud Design Centre<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in Fleet in the United Kingdom, Nokia will leverage its expertise in network design and systems integration as well as its extensive cloud partnership ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Nokia is launching\u00a0Prime Integration Services, under which it will act as the single point of contact, working in a development and operations (DevOps) based approach, to design and build open, standardised multi-vendor cloud networks tailored to meet operators\u2019 specific needs. Nokia will showcase these capabilities at the Design Centre in Fleet, which incorporates an integrated multi-vendor IT and telco cloud platform upon which Nokia will test, validate and demonstrate new services. The delivery of the cloud will be managed at various regional centres.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the Cloud Design Centre, Nokia has also launched its new \u2018cloud wise care services&#8217;, providing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Care software validation and testing services tailored to an operator\u2019s network environment to ensure network quality is maintained and customers are not impacted during upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Cloud monitoring services, offering a comprehensive package of network monitoring, analytics and\u00a0troubleshooting from the Nokia Global Delivery Centers or by providing a cloud \u2018expert as a service\u2019 at the operator\u2019s premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nokia is also extending its previously announced\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/click.icptrack.com\/icp\/relay.php?r=65640775&amp;msgid=801369&amp;act=PRSX&amp;c=479815&amp;destination=https%3A%2F%2Fnetworks.nokia.com%2Fservices%2Fcloud-transformation-consulting\" target=\"_blank\">Cloud Transformation Consulting Service<\/a>\u00a0to include all aspects of a virtualised network and deliver a structured end-to-end cloud transformation that will also prepare operators for the evolution to 5G and IoT.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOperators\u2019 migration to software-mediated technologies delivered within cloud-centric environments is a radical change from the way networks have been architected and provisioned historically, and this shift requires new competencies and support models. Nokia\u2019s new cloud-related services, therefore, fill a critical need in the market,\u201d said\u00a0Chris Antlitz, telecom senior analyst, Technology Business Research.<\/p>\n<p>Deepak Harie, head of Systems Integration Services at Nokia, said: \u201cThe level of complexity in an operator\u2019s network is increasing as new technology, services and software are introduced. Nokia has a long history of systems integration and deep network services expertise.
