The agreement will see the launch of an Omni-Channel platform powered by Infobip\u2019s Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) solution, designed to transform how businesses in sectors such as SME, banking and finance connect with their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new platform enables organisations to engage with customers seamlessly across multiple channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice and in-app messaging, through a secure and unified interface.
