David is also going to chair a workshop on <i>IoT Security and Privacy &#8211; Architectures &amp; Deployments<\/i>, and participate in a further workshop on<\/span> <span class=\"s1\"><i>User centric security, privacy and interoperability in the context of Internet of Things and Smart Cities.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">This third instalment of the IEEE World Forum on Internet of Things event offers an opportunity for industry leaders, academics and decision making government officials to meet and discuss critical success factors for the interconnected cyber environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The event is designed to examine key innovations across technologies, which will alter the research and application space of the future. IoT envisions a highly networked environment, where every object is integrated to interact with each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Dr. Najwa Aaraj, DarkMatter\u2019s Senior Vice President of Special Projects commented, \u201cThis is an important event, and we are pleased to be supporting it and having a strong presence over its three days. Our work in the areas of blockchain and other fundamental cyber security-related projects, which are all aimed at making cyber space more trusted and secure, are gaining significant momentum.
