This collaboration combines USDC\u2019s modular data centre development with Raisecom\u2019s carrier-grade optical and packet networking technologies. The resulting integrated infrastructure model is engineered to support hyperscale, enterprise and government workloads while ensuring strict data sovereignty and jurisdictional control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
