Service conditions began improving gradually from around 7pm CEST as GitHub identified the causes of the outage and began to restore availability. However, its status page continued to report significant problems with Copilot and partial outages affecting GitHub Issues as recovery work progressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GitHub Issues is widely used by software teams to report bugs, submit feature requests and track development work, making disruption to the service potentially significant for organisations that rely heavily on GitHub for collaborative software projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
