Abu Dhabi has established TAMM Global, a new company tasked with licensing its AI-powered government services platform to international markets, allowing overseas governments to deploy technology already supporting more than 1,200 public and private sector services across the emirate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Department of Government Enablement (DGE) positions TAMM Global as an independent private-sector company capable of licensing technology and delivering government Digital Transformation projects worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TAMM Global will own and operate specialised digital platforms, manage intellectual property and provide governments with the infrastructure, implementation expertise and operating models developed through Abu Dhabi\u2019s TAMM ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The platform currently integrates more than 1,200 public and private sector services, enabling citizens, residents, businesses and investors to complete administrative transactions through a single digital gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to DGE, TAMM has reduced government service delivery costs by 30% while achieving customer satisfaction of 94.5%, compared with 78% in 2022 before AI integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The department estimates that users avoid approximately nine visits to government service centres annually, saving around 12 hours per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under the international expansion strategy, governments will be able to license TAMM\u2019s architecture and deploy preconfigured digital services adapted to domestic legislation, regulatory requirements and operational frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company will also pursue international investments, technology partnerships and workforce development programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DGE Chairman Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab said the initiative would make Abu Dhabi\u2019s established digital capabilities available to governments seeking improved public services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
