The Integrated Telecom Company (ITC), a leading ICT company, and ZTE Corporation, a global leader in telecommunications and information technology based in KSA, have signed a BSS\/OSS and ERP Transformation programme agreement<\/p>\n
This will result in the ZTESoft Zsmart end-to- end stack being implemented.<\/p>\n
Eng. Ghassan Itani, ITC\u2019s CEO and President, said: \u201cITC is looking forward to the ZTESoft ZSmart solution to enable the next generation Telecom and ICT services and products, bringing additional efficiency and productivity in operations with a reduced time to market, optimised TCO with agility and flexibility.<\/p>\n
\u201cITC will transform its core processes including the lead to cash process and aims to enhance the customer experience.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mr. Hu Xing, CEO of ZTE Saudi Arabia, said: \u201cZTE has been working hard to serve the local market for more than 15 years by promoting the digital transformation, which strongly supports the National Transformation Plan, and ZTE is one of the main participants in realising the National 2030 Vision of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
