Commvault, a global leader in enterprise backup, recovery, archive and the cloud, is planning to expand in Qatar next year.<\/p>\n
Christian Laing, Vice President Sales, EMEA, Commvault, said: \u201cWe are right now planning to work on a plan to open an office in Qatar maybe next year.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe don\u2019t have an office there today but we are observing other countries like Qatar and in Africa.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mark Jow, EMEA Vice President Technical Services, Commvault, said: \u201cWe have been successful in winning some very large strategic customers in the region.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a big area of investment for us and we recognise the sensitivities around Qatar currently which is why we are looking to base more staff there rather than facing the indirect travel route to support our customers.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am very close to the region and there is huge potential there. \u201cWe believe in investing for the long term. We are not going to cut and run as some other companies have done.<\/p>\n
