We have a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and are\ncommitted to working with our partner on the ground to help our clients deliver\non their mission.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blackboard Learn will help the university\nachieve Saudi Arabia\u2019s Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program\n(NTP), which sets out an ambitious roadmap for education reform. Some of the\nkey benefits of Learn include a connected experience across devices, ease of\ncontent creation and management and a range of digital assessment and social\nlearning tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe felt that our old system left us out of\nsync with many of our peer institutions across Saudi Arabia and around the\nworld, making it difficult for us to engage in endeavours such as joint\ntraining, knowledge transfer and exchange of e-learning resources.\u201d said Dr\nAhmed Hameed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice Deanship of E-Learning and Distance\nEducation for Development and Entrepreneurship at Umm Al-Qura University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSince switching to Blackboard, we have\nbeen able to deliver a more connected and engaging learning environment for our\nfaculty and learners.
