A new agreement has been signed by Mobily and Nokia covering\nthe provision of next-generation telecom technologies in KSA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nokia will support Mobily’s infrastructure with a wide range\nof products and services from its 5G end-to-end portfolio, including radio\naccess, IP routing, optical networking and software, as well as the Nokia\nservice delivery platform, in order to build an ultra-high bandwidth and\nlow-latency network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, the network capacity will be maximised using\nmassive MIMO antennas, while an expansion of Mobily\u2019s backhaul capabilities\nwill prepare it for a rapid increase for the network capacity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ultra-high bandwidth, low-latency network will enable\nnumerous benefits to Mobily\u2019s subscribers as well as public and private sector\ncustomers, including manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare, education,\ntransport and entertainment, by enabling the use of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented\nReality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eng. The deal is in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to\nbenefit society by driving Digital Transformation and the digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
