UAE-based Digital Transformation company Injazat and Lamprell, a provider of services to the international energy sector, have announced the signing of a joint venture (JV) agreement to create and market innovative digital solutions focusing predominantly on the renewables and oil and gas industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the initial funding of US$7 million split equally between the partners and being invested in 2021, the fully incorporated 50-50 JV will be registered at the Abu Dhabi Global Markets financial centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
